- Free Return Shipping: We believe in our products, and we stand by the quality of Glam Tan. To make your return process worry-free, the store covers all return shipping costs.
- Confirmation and Updates: Once your return request is processed, you can expect to receive a confirmation email from us. We will also keep you updated on the status of your return, including when the returned item has been received at our warehouse and when your refund or exchange has been processed.
- Shipping Method: All returns are shipped via USPS. To ensure your return is processed efficiently, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a pre-addressed shipping label.

- Once you receive your RMA number, package your item securely and attach the provided pre-addressed shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at any USPS location.
- Wait for the confirmation email from us. We will keep you informed every step of the way!
